This was the 2nd book in the Nemesis series, and it was not a letdown.
I was wondering when Noah and Min would come back together, and it was through imprisonment and threatening.
I would personally rate this book 10/10, as my friend reading this really enjoys it, and all the mysteries and problems in Nemesis are solved. However, new mysteries and problems emerge through the chaos and slaughter.
In this book, I was able to thoroughly experience the violence and slyness of humanity. This was shown through Sarah, who researched about the silo and program, managing to force Min out, and seizing total control and power over the Program., She could change anything, such as environment, animals, and the lives of anyone in the program. She has somehow managed to change the system, so that anyone who had a negative death count would immediately die the next morning. In this instance, a little spark of sincerity and humanity inside Noah sparks into action, forcing Min to kill himself so that both Noah and Min could survive the next morning. He was atoning for his past actions.
If you liked this book, I highly urge you to read the next and last book in this series, Chrysalis. Personally, this book gets an 9/10. 1 point was deducted because of the violence and gore mentioned in this book, more than anything else.
