[우리는 어떻게 꿈을 꿀까?]는 아주 신기한 책이였습니다. 제가 가장 좋아했던 부분은 바로 메모리 스팬입니다. 대충 순간 기억력이 좋은 사람들은 꿈을 잘 기억한다는 것입니다. 신기하죠? 꿈을 기억해 내려면, 이론적으로, 단기 기억으로 제어하는 정보를 재빨리 장기 기억으로 옮기는 능력이 필요합니다. 그것을 바로 메모리 스팬으로 측정하는 것입니다.

항상 꿈에 대하여 궁금했지만, 이 책은 뭔가 그렇게 흥미롭지 않았습니다. 그래도 꿈에 대하여 더 알고 싶으면 추천!
